The buyer downloads and fills out the RMA application form. |
Send the product along with the RMA application form back to T3. |
After preliminary inspection and determination by T3 engineers, the product can be repaired locally or sent back to the original factory. |
After the maintenance is completed, it will be returned to the buyer. |
Remark:
1. Buyers should provide the order number, properly package the pre-maintenance products, complete the packaging with accessories, product warranty or purchase invoice, and send it back to the "Livewire Asia Pacific Co., Ltd."
2. If damaged during transportation, it will be treated as man-made damage.
